Infinity by Sherrilyn Kenyon
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Finally read something else then vampires fantasy ( well sorta, you will see that they are only mention few times in the book and not as vampires but as dark hunters that protect the people ) and have to say that i have made an amazing decision on choosing to read this book, series. I love the book so much the only reason i give only 4 starts is because i do not understand the cover.
The book starts off with a normal teenage boy Nick that dreams for more... his life has been only struggle and the moment he gets his first salary from the new boss he doesn't want to accept it thinking it is to much. Life changes pretty quick after an incident with some of the people he thought they are his friends.
This character will not have a normal day ( or one where 'people' will not try to kill him) after he meets Ash and Cory... he becomes popular all of the sudden and cheerleader want to be with him only because of his new boss , and all of this drive him mad and taking dangerous pats to find out why.
Like any young adult fantasy book, the plot has adventure , a little bit of drama and of course romance. Love the writers imagination , how she created each character around the main one, and tells their 'evolution' leaving some gaps making us mad wanted to know more, crave more. The book is so good that if i stop reading for the first few minutes i believe everything that says in the book is true. Only great authors can pull you in their own world just by reading their books.
