My Review for "The Return of the King" book 3

The Return of the King by J.R.R. Tolkien

I love this series from the first time i saw the movies i have wanted to read them, and honestly i have not been disappointed. It has so many scenes that have not been included in the movie, and in my opinion some of them they are important, but the road to get the ring into the volcano it has been like a torture for me. This book i took it in audio and still i had to skip some parts related to frodo and sam's journey (way to many details that honestly i do not see any point in have them).

Love that at some point in the book i will remember the movie and i will picture everything even what is not in the movie, like the road to the "death" how gimli was scared and legolas had no problem walking in those tunnels. I will never forget when gimli says he can not believe that an elf is not afraid to go into a cave but he is. Also is so nice when legolas tries to make gimli feel better, or when they win a fight and gimli that legolas has one just by 1 orc.

The ending with golum is a bit different, and love the fact that it explains how the eagles get to frodo and sam, and that gandalf is the one explaining to aragon that he needs to trust the birds and that he will come back with the boys.
